dentist helped toothache

Looking for a new dentist since my last dentist retired 3 years ago and I had a awful toothache. The girl anwering the phone was able to get me in the same day with one of the dentists, after telling her how much pain I was in. The doc was able to tell me what was up with my tooth and fix it. It felt so much better later. Going back to get the rest of my teeth looked at.

Excellent work and service

I recently visited Surrey Place Dental Group and was very pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. I was immediately greeted very warmly by the receptionists and was promptly seen by the dentist. The office is very inviting, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. By far the best dental office I've been to, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Unsatisfactory service

i went into Surrey Place Dental Group hoping to do scaling and polishing as booked for but got only x-ray, fluss and examination. One of their dentist who saw me said he was not trained in med school to scale and polish and that that is the job of a dental hygienist! Can you believe that? I got a hefty bill, paid but never got my teeth scaled or polished! When I called to register my discontent the receptionist got defensive and would not let me talk further! i simply hung up. Poor service, bad customer relations!
