Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

Although I don't find some people to be of particular help when I do visit, their print and copy service is FANTASTIC. Every time I arrange an order to be printed online, it is usually ready for pickup within the hour. On top of that, I was specifically uploading a file to be turned into a coiled booklet. Not only was it done very quickly, they also went beyond my order and expectations. They added a protective plastic cover for the front and back and gave me an upgrade of coil for free!

Buying printer ink - had already checked prices on HP and Staples and instead of waiting for delivery decided to go to the store. I noticed the price was more than HP's online price and they checked and met the lower price saved $10! Overall good experience. Big store, good location, never have trouble parking.

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.
