I took my Mom's walker there today to get a screw and connector cap nut missing from the brakes. Nick was awesome and within 10 minutes was able to find an alternative and even gave me a spare one in case she loses another one. Thank you Nick for your help it was much appreciated.

Lance came from Lancaster mobility to install grab bars in my downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. He gave me absolutely outstanding service! He was efficient, quick, explaining everything he was planning to do, and was delightfully personable. This company should be very grateful to be able to have him as part of their service. I also found that dealing with the woman who answers the phone was a very positive experience as she explained things very well, and was able to provide quick service.

We used Lancaster mobility for installing a used outdoor vertical platform lift. They were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They were able to problem solve efficiently to make our difficult installation possible. We would highly recommend them for all mobility needs. We will certainly use them for future projects.
